Ever wonder how people transform themselves completely seeming so effortlessly and easily. But,  You never know the key elements which has caused that transformation manifested. however, when it comes to transformation, it is not something new. its one of the innate nature of mankind to evolve and transform. it is quite evident that our body cells transform them completely in every next 48 hours. Thus, you are constantly changing anyhow weather intentionally or unintentionally. Their is no pause, if you are breathing you are changing. therefore just make sure that you are changing constructively and growing to be better than what you are.

Here are 3 very small but vital steps which could change your life for lifetime.


  • Exercise

Exercise increases your blood flow to the muscles and also your heart rate. As life is all about ups and down, so is your heart beat. The dead line represents death. so CHERISH, If you exercise or play any sport and give that thump to your heart every day.

Exercise also keeps you mentally stable, one cannot exercise bemoaning on something side by side. its an activity which brings you to ecstatic energy automatically thus changing your mood and filling it with excitement and joy.

  • Read 

Do u Read ? No. than definitely you are missing on one of the most common habit of all the successful people on the earth and i.e reading. Reading is a wonderful habit which transform you in uncountable number of ways but to name a few, here are some vital ones. Firstly, it improves your visualization capabilities. one cannot read without visualize it if he/she is really paying heed to the subject. secondly, it makes you aware of different mindsets and perception about things and people you could never have imagine. Thirdly, it improves your vocabulary and expressionism in whatever you do. No matter the language, you become more expressive ans clear about your views about everything around.

  • Connect to nature

Remember, Nothing exceeds the nature. we are born to die, and the birth and death has been destined for us with accuracy and perfection we cannot time and control. we own only the journey within. thus, make your journey a beautiful one. spend time with nature around, which could be a morning stroll in the park. spend time with kids playing in park. Feel the morning breeze touching your body and within. Meditate for 15 minutes every morning and evening before going to bed as per your convenience. Nature is one such energy we cannot  surpass anyhow as we are a very important element of nature. we keep growing like a tree and cannot stop ourselves from growing and it is not in our control. hence, connect yourself with nature and spend some time around its small elements  which will change your mood psychologically and give you the reason to be grateful about.

These 3 steps if followed continuously will transform your life you could never have imagine. You will witness small changes in your mood and psyche and your way to respond to situations and people. your gestures will change and you would be more humble and grateful towards life. But please remember that Repetition is the key and you have to keep doing these until it becomes a habit. our brain works with repetitions and repetition brings in changes to your brain on a subconscious level.
